TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That should make the platform set when it lands.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Execution Speed

This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Not many platforms at this price point run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

Now, the part that requires honesty. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a problem for you, stop reading. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
